Christmas Box Project & Giving Tree
Many thanks for working together to make our annual parish and school Christmas Box service event a huge success! Over 200 folks helped at the annual packing event on December 11 to finish packing everything for the families at Mary’s Place and the guests served by Sharing and Caring Hands. On December 12, six vehicles and 1 trailer headed to Mary’s Place and Sharing and Caring Hands in Minneapolis to deliver:
113 Christmas Boxes— 506 shower kits— dozens of toys— dozens of blankets, sheets, towels— many cases of food.
Deliveries of household goods and toys and $5040.00 in gift cards have also been made to our Giving Tree partners, Sojourner Project, SW Options for Women, Guiding Star Wakota Life Care Center, and House of Hope.
We are so overwhelmed and grateful for your support! MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
