Extreme Faith Camp

Extreme Faith Camp is a high-adventure summer camp for middle schoolers, packed with incredible activities: high ropes, zip lines, tubing, laser tag, climbing walls, archery, water activities, and more. It is organized and led by youth ministers from around the Archdiocese, and the aim is simple: give middle schoolers an awesome week of camp, grounded in the Catholic faith and the Sacraments, where they can see that faith and fun coexist, personally encounter the God who loves them, and form lifelong habits of faith and prayer. This week of camp has changed lives.

What Makes It Special

  • Catholic identity — every day is enriched with the Sacraments, including Adoration, daily Mass, and Reconciliation.
  • Link to the parish community — campers are grouped with other kids from St. Therese and led and mentored by our own teens and adults, so the community formed at camp keeps nurturing their faith all year at the parish.
  • Lifelong faith — campers are empowered to carry their encounters with Jesus at camp into everyday life.

Who Camp Is For

Camp welcomes middle school campers, and it also needs teen leaders (grades 9-12) and adult leaders. High schoolers serve on the Prayer Team or the Extreme Team; see High School for what those look like. Camp has been held at Trinity Woods Catholic Retreat Center in Trego, Wisconsin, with transportation provided.

Cost Should Never Be the Obstacle

Fundraising and scholarships through the Youth Ministry Scholarship Fund help cover camp fees, transportation, food, and chaperone costs. You can support the fund here.
