In the Sacrament of Reconciliation, God reconciles the sinner to Himself and to the Church through His unconditional mercy and forgiveness. However long it has been, the confessional is not a courtroom; it is a place of healing, and the Lord is always glad to see you there.
Confession times at St. Therese
Wednesday: 4:45 – 5:10 p.m.
Saturday: 8:30 – 9:30 a.m. and 4:00 – 4:30 p.m.
Been away for a while and not sure what to do? Just tell the priest, and he will help you through it. An Examination of Conscience is available to help you prepare.

First Reconciliation for children
The community of St. Therese invites families with children entering second grade or older to prepare for the Sacrament of Reconciliation, traditionally celebrated in second grade before First Eucharist, in the fall.
First Reconciliation is a beautiful part in your child’s journey of faith as they encounter God’s infinite love, mercy, and forgiveness. We are excited to partner with your family as you prepare for this joyful celebration of the sacrament.
Parents are the first and most important teachers of the faith, and we are excited to partner with you in preparing your child for this sacrament. Our program includes an at-home study that you will complete together with your child. Through prayer, Scripture, conversation, and family activities, you will grow together in understanding God’s mercy and help your child prepare to celebrate the Sacrament of Reconciliation with faith, peace, and joy. The preparation concludes with a Saturday morning parent-child retreat, offering a special opportunity to reflect, pray, and prepare together as you approach the celebration of the sacrament.
We look forward to walking with your family as you celebrate this special step toward a deeper relationship with Christ.
