Time & Location of Pick-up: Camp Courage, Maple Lake Monday, January 18 time: TBD

*PLEASE NOTE if busing is provided drop-off and pick-up will likely NOT be at St. Therese. We will instead likely meet at a partnering parish in the metro area. We will update this form and notify parents when and if our arrangements have changed.

This week of camp will be run in association with Youth Ministers, employees, and chaperones of the following parishes: St. Charles Borromeo (St. Anthony), St. John’s (Little Canada), Presentation (Maplewood), St. Pius X (White Bear Lake), St. Peter (Forest Lake), Our Lady of the Lake (Mound), Nativity (St. Paul), Maternity of Mary (St. Paul), St. Patrick’s (Oak Grove), St. William (Fridley), and Holy Family (St. Louis Park). All of these parishes and partners will be referred to as “participating parishes & partners” for the rest of this form.

The cost for Winter Faith Camp is $300 (to cover the cost of room and board, facilities usage, food, t-shirt, etc.)
